Energy optimization
Energy: a major challenge

To comply with the Paris Agreement, France is obligated to renovate 34 million homes over the next 30 years. All real estate players must mobilize to achieve these goals and meet standards.

The tertiary decree stemming from the ELAN law came into force on October 1, 2019, and provides for the reduction of final energy consumption for all the buildings concerned by at least 40% in 2030, 50% in 2040, and 60% in 2050 compared to 2010.

Building and renovating homes or professional premises while preserving the environment is now imperative. The Internet of Things fully contributes to connecting a building, an essential step in energy optimization.

Connecting the building, the first step in energy optimization

Place specific sensors at various points in the building based on the data to be collected, and analyze the building’s water, gas, and electricity consumption, and record temperatures. Thanks to this first step, energy operators will be able to precisely understand the building’s operation. Benefit from up to 20% in energy savings, thanks to:

  • Optimization of energy contracts,
  • Monitoring and alerts in case of overconsumption,
  • Management of leaks & anomalies,
  • Multi-site management
