Objenious and Lartech, Russian first low-power wide-area network, signed a roaming agreement

Saint-Petersburg, Russia and Paris, France (April 6, 2017)– LARTECH, the provider of the first public, nationwide Russian low-power wide-area network for LoRaWAN™-based IoT applications and Objenious, a Bouygues Telecom subsidiary and the leading provider of LoRaWAN™ networks in France, are collaborating. This roaming partnership enables IoT solution providers to seamlessly deploy IoT business applications in more than one-third of the European economic area and across country boundaries using industry-leading LoRa™ LPWAN technology.

The collaboration between the two companies will help innovate IoT applications with a view to a more rapid commercialization without the common complexities and barriers associated with across-regional deployment. In addition, this collaboration accelerates the comprehensive placement of already existing commercial IoT applications, hence driving business revenues in both Russia and France.
